Forum digests not arriving in email

I stopped receiving digests and updates from this forum several months ago, even though my settings are correct. No, they aren't going into Spam or Trash. Can this be fixed?

(e-mail address removed) ?

We just sent this to you through the Admin panel to that email.

Sorry about that. I am setting up a new digest soon, but the original should still be getting to you. I see Maddog sent you an email. Did you accidentally unsubscribe or clicked spam?
