Flashing dashboard

I was driving my 2021 Outback today, and out of nowhere all of the dashboard lights began flashing. My windshield wipers aren't working as well. Anyone else have this issue? I am frustrated because I have had several problems with this car.

Check engine light on? When it comes on now, other warning lights flash at you.

Try checking your battery cables. They might be loose or corroded.

Update: I took it to the service dept., and I spent 3 hours waiting for them to tell me nothing. They can't figure out why it was happening.
