Flashing AWD light

Hello everyone, just changed the transmission on my 2004 impreza, i noticed the AWD light flashing while driving, also am getting a strange vibration when pulling off. I must also add the mechanic did not used the rear diffdifferentia that came with the transmission that was placed .
