The light in my trunk went out yesterday and I took the bulb out and inspected it and it looks fine to me (no broken parts, discoloration of glass, etc.). I suspect the problem may be with the fuse. I've looked in my owner's manual and online in an attempt to determine which fuse box (engine or passenger) and the specific location in the fuse box where the fuse for the trunk/cargo light is located, but without success.
