fan problem in 99 legacy gt

i have a 99 legacy 2.5gt sedan...the fan blower stopped working 2 days
ago and this does not change from AC, heater or plain air. i know the
delays and resistors are the problem when only speed 4 works, as it
bypasses....is my actual fan seized? is it a brusher? someone help me
before i smash a brick in my dealers face. thanks.

Which fan, sounds like heater core fan?

the main fan, for ac and stuff not the engine fan. i dont know much
about cars, can the resistors be definetly ruled out. how much is a
new brusher/fan?
