Hi Everyone. I have a 2013 Subaru Legacy and the driver's side power window switch was acting weird a starting a couple of months ago, where when putting the window up, it would only go up an inch at a time. Not a huge deal, but it's gotten worse, and finally yesterday the switch has completely stopped working.
I want to check the connectors and make sure there isn't corrosion or anything like that. I am trying to take the switch out, but I can only get it out about half way, I'm nervous to break something so i was wondering if the switch can be taken out by itself, or if I have to take the entire door panel off to get to it.
Also, if this is a common issue and someone has a tip for me it would be greatly appreciated. I'm quite surprised to find that my local parts stores don't even carry them. Thank you in Advance.
