Display Icons Subaru XV 2018

I have a question about the icons on the entertainment screen, I have seen on several websites that there are two types (I attach photos), and I would like to know how to change mine.

I doubt you can change them.
The funny thing about all the icons is that they are supposed to aid communications but instead they seem mainly to achieve just the opposite. I think it's mainly because programmers and companies are just too lazy and cheap to address the language issues involved.
