Delamination

I need a whole new Radio Unit, because of Delamination. The part is ordered, but it could take weeks to months to get it. And its Costly.Which means to me that a lot of people are having the same problem! My car is only 5 years old. I can't use Google Maps because the screen doesn't work. My Radio doesn't work, the buttons on the screen don't work. My Pandora doesn't play either. WTF???? So I guess the part that was ordered is the same as the one that was put in when built, so that will take how long to go again?? Subaru has to step up to the plate on this one. #SubaruOutback

You are probably correct in that the new unit will also delaminate. The Head Unit in my 2015 Outback also delaminated and had to be replaced. Based on what I see here in the forum, it seems to be a common problem.
