Dash light problems

I have a 2003 Baja and the dash lights don't work. The only light that works is the tach light. Radio, info centers, tranny lights work and dim with the illumination dimmer ring. No lights for the other gauges. Any ideas?

Had similar issue with my 2003 Baja.
I solved it by replacing the dimmer switch (relay) which is located behind right kick panel of right front passenger seat. Sit in front right passenger seat and look behind panel next to right ankle.
This relay position is different than Outback wagon; more like Forester.
