Conversly, how to mate an AT with a 2.2L set up for 5-speed

Now I have a chance to get a '95 or '96 Legacy Outback with a 5 speed.
My knees are bad, and I'm wondering what I would have to do to mate a good
2.2 with the AT I have...

Maybe if I hadn't spent so much time asking for raises...
