Confused and befuddled

I recently bought a 2020 Forester Premium. I want to put Rain-Ex Latitude wipers on it. Google said OEM only, but my dealer says they can be switched. There are Rain-Ex wipers on there now, but they are looking pretty beaten up. Should I just take the Latitudes back and go with OEM? The nice lady I talked to at the dealer said I could bring it in and have them do it, but that's a 70-mile round trip. What sayeth the wisdom of the Forester Forum?

Well, points for Subaru once again! Said to heck with it. Drive down there. It took the young man in the garage about 15 minutes to swap them both over while he let me watch. I had never seen a connector like that before, but it's on and working. Well done them!

You can use good quality silicone wipers. IMHO

I read many comments around the web that you were stuck with OEM. But the wipers on it were also Rain-Ex but were starting to tear. I'm brand loyal to some things. Like Subaru's.
