My 2010 Subaru legacy I found out the previous owner did a cat delete and the one reader isn't communicating. It will try to read with the key out of ignition then say error but as soon as I put the key in and turn it to ACC it cuts power and stops working. The cabin fuse box isn't powering ignition or starter. I can't get my keys programmed to the car til I get the obd reader to work. Any help would be qppreciated
