Car features and configuration?

Can I use the VIN to find the actual feature configuration on my 2019 Outback?

I see a few sites which claim this, but they just list all possible options, not those actually on my car.

For example; the dealer said it had Keyless entry, but seems not.
And many online sites describe the PIN entry from rear gate, but also seems like mine does not have that.
And Auto-Stop (Brake locking), etc...

What trim is your car? What is the Vin? I can get you everything your car came with from the factory.

I've sen several sites that claim to do this, but they just give generic options list for the model, not specific configurations on one actual VIN car.
