My 2019 Subaru outback is not throwing codes or low on any fluids. We recently used higher octane gas as a way to fix this, but she bucks and is slower to acceleration. I don't know what to do. Help!!

Occasionally the eyesight turns off & back on. Idk if its a different issue or related to the same.
