Body Shop Dissolved my Paint

I took my Impreza into the body shop for a paintless "ding" repair on my door (under warranty). A few days later I noticed a big drop of clear resin on the roof right next to the door I had repaired and also on the door. I tried to just wipe it off and all it did was smear. I got some Armour All and just sprayed that spot and just physically smoothed it out, but didn't wipe hard because it would make it worse. You can't see it unless you look, but it definitely desolved some paint. What did they drop on it?

Stripper perhaps or a solvent maybe.
Call them up and ask them if they want to fix it or pay one of their competitors to fix it and make it clear those are their only choices.
Be sure to deadline it too so they know stalling won't work.
