Anyone have any tips to try next on resolving this issue? Read something somewhere that said to try and disconnect the positive cable for reset. Tried that, worked for a bit but the lights all came back on. I had the battery tested, it did show low amps, replaced the battery. Worked at first as well, but they came back on again at next restart. I'm reading some other tips on disconnecting both batter cables, then holding them together for 20-30 seconds to reset ECM, but not sure if that's going to work? Any help would be very much appreciated.
