Air Conditioner Drip

2018 Crosstrek. The air conditioner is dripping condensation - a lot of it - onto the floor mats, both driver and passenger side. Has anybody out there experienced this? I've made an inquiry at the service dept., just waiting now for their reply.

There is a drain tube for the evaporator that gets plugged up with debris. Located under it outside along the firewall.
Just need to clean out the tip of it or just snip the tip off with a pair of side cuts.
Should drain just fine after that.
