After market grill accessories

Hi all;

I'm looking to add some after market grill accessories - saw these cool split side turn signals - amber for turnsignal and white for night use. I've seen them online but not on a car. Any advice which one is best to buy and where to get it installed?

I live in Cincinnati, OH area.
