AccessEcu vs AccessPort differences.

Hey guys, I've been looking for some easy upgrade options for my 2005 subaru legacy gt. I came across an AccessEcu on offerup, that i can get my hands on for like 50 bucks. I dont have the money for those 600$ ones. But i havent been able to find any good info on these things, seems pretty old. How does it compare to the 600% ones? What difference will it make in terms of performance> Are they anygood/worth it? THanks in advance.
