Okay.. I bought a subaru 92 Loyale (front wheel drive only) yup 2 wd
only... in 1992.. Have about 360,000 miles on it. (going for a world
record). With the exception of normal maintenance,, replacing the
timing/cam belts at least 4 times, a few axle replacements (those pot
holes will get'm everytime).. feeding the squirrels in that 1.8 all
powerfull motor, which by the way has yet to let me down.. replacing the
rear struts once. One winter since I was out in the boondocks when the
heater core decided to let go, had to reroute the Heating Hoses to the
A/C unit to provide heat,, no other choise that winter, then having to
tear everything apart to get a NEW heater core installed and flush out
the A/c ... the mechanic was astonished how I got heat into the car that
winter..lols....
The subaru is a station wagon, has been in 3 accidents, I like how
the fenders just unbolt go to the junk yard find another one and bolt it
on, I would have to say it has been and still is a great car...
