I have the 60K scheduled for my 2017 forester xt . runs good. I am thinking of skipping the suggested plug changes.
I have seen that some places suggest the plugs might be good up to 80K or possibly 100K, but i don't know if this
is legit or not.
I am going to an independent garage for the 60K service.

thanks
John

It depends on what plugs are in there. Plugs are almost free. You have to take them out to find out...so why not just put new ones in?

Spark plugs that are left in place longer than 60K miles in aluminum heads have a tendency to weld themselves in place. Getting them out and replacing them can head off big-time problems later.
