2024, so far (17,000 miles) so good! Love the car. I’m happy every time I get into drive it.

How many of you have had heat pump issues?

I have seen some Solterra owners have had issues with the heat pump, things like stuck valves or full compressor failures. Not super common, but it is definitely happening. Worth keeping an eye. Are you seeing signs of issues, or just curious?

Mine had 5e dreaded hvac failure in Dec. 2025, about one year into having it. The dealership I took it to handled it really well. Gave me a loaner, and thought it might be up to 2 months to get parts, but they came much sooner, and I was back in my car in about 10:days. No complaints from me.
