Hello, I have a 2019 Subaru Ascent Limited. I noticed that the car has been making a strange noise and my RPM have been fluctuating. It would go to 1400 then quickly drop to 1100 and bounce up lightly. The drop is much quicker than normal RPM drops when you change gears. Below is the link to a video for your reference where you can see this happening twice. You can also hear the noise it's almost like the car is hollowing/wailing.
