I have a 2018 Forester w/55,000 miles, I want to change the transmission fluid. Does anyone know where I can find a step by step procedure. Should the fluid be warm when I drain it, How many quarts does it take and when I am refilling the fluid and going thru the gears is the overflow plug off? The on-line videos that I saw were not clear on those items. Thanks.
