2015 legacy rear diff locked/torque bind?

Today i noticed that my rear diff seems like its locked, like if has posi, or diff locker. Everything turns fine until i turn the vehicle. I have tire scrub like the inside tire is turning as fast as the outside. This happened the first time after i got is stuck in snow in my driveway. Could it possibly be an electrical connection that came unhooked in the deep snow? In my research, I've read about torque bind, something that has to do with the center diff? I seems like it happened fairly commonly with older legacys, but nothing as new as mine. It's a 2015 2.5 with 180k + miles. Any help would be appreciated.
