May not use proper terminology.
I was attempting to put a new tune on my Forester with a kit from COBB, believe it was just a Stage 1 kit, but whenever the shop I was with weent to access the ECU they would say that it was locked up. Their guess was that it was due to the recall for that ECU, but I had the ECU Recall done a while back and even went and had the ECU reflashed to see if that would unlock the ECU for the COBB kit, but I still was having the same issues. I know this has been an issue for a while and was wondering if there is another forum that solves this or if anybody could please help.
