I have been diagnosing a misfire (code P0351 and P0301, flashing CEL) on my 2014 Crosstrek (128,000 miles, bone stock). After moving the coil pack to another cylinder, the codes came back on cylinder one. I traced the wires coming from coil pack A (cylinder 1) and found out they have been damaged a few inches down from the pigtail. Now I'm looking at two options: temporarily splice the wires back together, get to a shop, and then have them replace the damaged wires, or buy a new wiring harness and install it myself. Seems simple enough to do at home, however, I'm having difficulty finding the replacement part online. Only looking at OEM parts, I found an engine wiring harness that does everything (coils, sensors, injectors, etc.) which seems overkill. Is it possible to only replace the ignition coil wires? Any help would be tremendous! Thanks!
TLDR: I have damaged ignition coil wires, looking for replacement part number for 2014 Crosstrek. Preferable OEM.
