2013 outback makes electronic chirping noise

These are heard inside the car shortly after driving from a cold start. There are 4 evenly spaced chirps, sometimes followed by 2 more. Not seat belt chimes, something very different. Any suggestions? Some kind of code?

any idea where they are coming from at all? Gonna need a bit more to go on.
