2013 Legacy 2.5I codes p0700 and p2763

I feel sure this problem has been addressed before, but I would appreciate all the help I can get. I have been told that this is most likely a solenoid problem. If that is so, I need details on how to replace it, or maybe there is some way to verify before opening the trans.?

Does the legacy with gen II transmission have access through floor to valve body?
