2013 Impreza stock ride hight

Hi, both my rear tires are warn out on the inside. I assume too much negative camber which isn't adjustable. Can someone measure stock rear ride hight? I'm 14 inches from center of wheel to fender lip. Maybe I need new struts? Ideas? 135,000 miles
