** OVERVIEW **
We're selling our 2010 Subaru Forester 2.5XT Limited (SH Generation). This is the turbocharged model, with 224HP and more spirit (!) than the base Forester.
It has just over 75,000 miles. We have maintained it well as a family vehicle, and it is a "turn-key" for its next owner. We've loved the car, and over the last four years, its been driven minimally to and fro the BART station for commuting.
Reason for selling: we're upgrading to a used Volvo xc60 because my wife switched jobs and will need to drive farther to work now (hence looking for a newer car with some modern amenities like Android Auto).
Major Maintenance Completed:
NEW Timing Belt & Water Pump: Recently replaced - we've got the records available for interested buyers.
Oil Changes: Done regularly with full synthetic.

Leather Interior: Clean light-tan leather—easy to wipe down and maintain.
Heated Seats/Mirrors & Premium Audio.
** CONDITION DISCLOSURE **
Mechanical: 10/10. Turbo pulls strong and the car drives well.
Brakes: Likely need replacement in the near future. I’ve priced the car accordingly so the next owner can choose their preferred pads/rotors.
Exterior: Overall, it's in solid condition. There are minor cosmetic scuffs on the wheel wells and the back bumper (see photos), but no major dents or rust issues. In mid-2019, we hit a small deer on the left, front corner of the car that dented the wheel well and front bumper. Everything was fixed at an authorized dealer the next week (records included).
Wipers: The current wipers are due for a change. I am including one brand-new replacement wiper with the car (you'll just need to grab the second one).
** INCLUDED WITH SALE **
(1) Brand new windshield wiper blade.
(2) Both original keys/fobs.
(3) Service records for the Timing Belt, water pump and exterior fixes.
PRICE: $9,800 OBO. Reflecting the low miles and new belt, while leaving you a little "wiggle room" for the upcoming brake service.
