2010 Impreza Outback Sport front wiper washer spray not working.

Hello

I am looking for some advice on front washer pump repair...or what a common issue is for it not working.
I have swapped the read pump harness with front pump and pump works.

So I know the pump is good
The wiring looks great
Fuse is not blown
I even tried a different wiper washer staulk/switch

Any help would be great.

I bought this two weeks ago and I do not have any idea when they stopped working.
