2010 6 cylinder normally aspirated Forester. Easy way to change motor mounts

HI All, new to this forum. I am looking for step by steps on the easiest way to change the motor and transmission mounts on a 2010 Forester, six cylinder, normally aspirated. Have engine significant movement on acceleration , shifting of automatic trans (especially from second to third) is rought, and a MASSIVE rattle in the entire exhaust system (from header to tail pipe, observed on ramps). Heat shields are solid, no significant rust no looseness. All and any help appreciated, first experience with Subaru.
