2007 Tribeca- ODBII Scanner can not connect.

1. Tried two different scanners.
2. Remove Battery Connection- for 20 minutes.

Any thoughts?

Are you sure you're doing it right? It's not typically difficult.
I take it you've checked some videos for your car in this respect. Those are easy to find. I have a scan gauage 2 plugged into my OBDII port full time and it was a snap. I suggest you search videos for your make and model on YouTube. Those will show were your OBDII plug is and what it looks like. I'll be somewhere under the driver side dash.
