Im looking into this car and I believe the only issue is cylinder 4 but Im not too sure. I have a list of things that the owner has posted in case it helps. I was wondering if it would be plausible to buy this car and if it would be a relatively easy fix or not. Thanks!

No compression can mean anything.
1) Damaged piston
2) Damaged connecting rod / crankshaft journal
3) Damaged intake or exhaust valves (springs, cam, lash adjusters)
4) Damaged valve guides / valve seats
5) Damaged head gasket or head to block mating surfaces
Not easy to repair and will take time, tools, service manual and money.
