2006 Tribeca upgrading information display

Has anyone upgraded their information display with an android touch screen or other device? I would like to modernize my display and have bluetooth etc so looking to see if anyone has experience with it.

Steering wheel controls and center counsel with Radio, CD, NAV and Amplifier controls will not be active unless CAN / FBUS controllers are added because of the interrelationship of said components.

Be aware, the proof is operating the system(s) and if those / close enough network components are still available.
Read both pages and realize - there is no support.
