Before I begin, this vehicle does not have the stock engine; it is a 2.5 out of a 2005 Subaru Impreza. I have a Cobb tuner plugged in and it is turboed on approx. 12 pounds.
Long story short, a couple homies and I were going about 90mph over the interstate bridge when all of a sudden there was white and blue smoke dumping out of the exhaust; checked and it was not overheating. We immediately pulled over and turned the car off- it has not started since; it cranks and tries to turn over but doesn't. It wasn't throwing any codes but I threw in my code scanner for the heck of it and two codes popped up: misfire in cylinder 2 and 4. I then cleared them and tried to start the car; the car sounded like it wanted to turn over even more now but again, did not.
Prior to this event, I noticed the turbo was quite laggy as I would try to smoke some tail and it would take about .5 seconds - 1 second for my car to get into boost which was not normal. Another thing it kept doing was throwing a code for misfire in cylinder 4. I would clear it and it would always come back, so I did a tune up and didn't get the misfire code back for a good 300 miles but it ultimately came back.
I checked the timing belt and it was pristine and there was still oil in the vehicle; no "milk" in it and it's low by about 2 quarts, but still in decent standing. I am at a loss due to my lack of knowledge on boosted/tuned cars. I got a settlement from my dads passing and I went out and bought this without thinking it fully through and that's my fault. I just would like help in finding some answers. Thank you so much!

Could be a head gasket. White smoke is typically water, blue smoke is usually oil. Or way way too much fuel.

It never once has overheated, even during this event. Could the head gasket still be bad?
My car has always ran a bit rich due to the tune map on it, yes.

Did the turbo RUD?
I’m not sure what RUD means, but I’m assuming it means failed. I’m leaning towards that but I’m just unsure if that would cause my car not to start? Do you happen to know?

IF your turbo had a rapid unscheduled disassembly, bits are likely in the intake/engine now.

I did check the intake! :) There is oil in there but there’s no metal or any materials other than oil.
I think I should probably just do a compression test and go from there :/

If you pulling the plugs, probably worth a bore scope too. Coolant system pressurization is fast and fun too...

Thank you so much for taking the time to ask questions and suggest things; I really appreciate it! 🫶🏻✨
