Our 2001 Forester has a full size spare. We just bought a 2008, which has a “temporary” spare. I’d like to swap them before selling the 2001 to a friend. It appears they are both using the same tire size - are the wheels on which they are mounted interchangeable?
(fyi we are both seniors so trying to mount it to test isn’t within our capabilities)
