1999 subaru impreza outback 5-door ski rack question

I am looking for a ski/snowboard rack to put on my 1999 subaru impreza outback 5 door but I can't find racks anywhere that says they have ones that fit this car specifically. It may just be because its older, but I was wondering if anyone knows a good ski rack that would work.

This subaru has the factory installed cross bar as well. Any thoughts?
