1998 Subaru Impreza cigarette lighter not working

The cigarette lighter in my Subaru is no longer working which is a
pain as I can’t plug in phone charger etc Could it just be a fuse
problem? I looked at the fuse box under the hood but could not tell
which one was for the cigarette lighter.
Any suggestions? And if it is not a fuse problem what else could it
be?

I solved it...it was indeed the fuse, but I was looking at the main
fuse box under the hood instead of the hidden one behind a small pull
out compartment (for coins) on the driver’s side. The cigarette
lighter and electric mirrors both ran off the same 20Amp fuse
