about three hours then all warm air. the freon is empty. what are
the causes? leaky hose? compressor? evaporator? anyone know costs?

Huh?! Bought from a guy, or a dealership? Valves
for his AC rig, or off the car? Nevermind....it
worked for three hours, go back to the dealership
and tell them to fix it. If it's person to
person, go back ask him nicely to fix...causes
could be any of the ones you listed, or more,
singly or in combination.
