09 outback sport cat making metal clanking noise

Hey im new to subarus I havent had this problem before, my cat makes a metal clank noise whenever i accelerate/decelerate, anyone know what could be the reason? I checked the heatshield and its on tight but still makes the noise. would i need a new cat or is there a fix? push comes to shove ill buy an aftermarket louder exhaust this is the stock exhaust i have around 87k miles on it and bought it a little bit ago sadly dont have warranty so repairs are on me, if you recoomend me getting a new cat and know good exhaust systems that sound good and dont cost a fortune please add a link for me to check it out, much apprecitated

Check the heat shields elsewhere, too.
