03 Outback w/ low rpm's

Hello. I just purchased a 2003 Outback (2.5l, 5 spd man). At idle, warm
or cold, the engine drops down to about 5-600rpm. It will stall after
cranking it up 1st thing in the morning if I don't give it some gas.
Also, the headlights light dim, and the fan slows down when at a light
or stop sign. I'm not a mech. and I'd like to have a little, or more,
info before I go to the local Subaru shop. Is this an easly fixed
computer issue?

Hello Jim,

It is a computer issue, I know some cases in my region. But in the local
Subaru shop normaly hasn't the information to solve this bug. In my region
one Subaru enginier reprogram the computer to solve his issue to all the
Subaru shops.
