03 baja timing belt and Head Gasket

I have an 03 Baja with 95,000 miles on it and I am going to get the timing belt, water pump, and gasket done... but is it still recommended to get the head gasket done too?

I called around and to a couple places to get prices, and I also called the local dealership. The dealership said that when they do the head gaskets, they replace intake, manifold, and head gaskets. They also send the heads to their machine shop to get clean up and then they install new rods.... does all that really needs done?
